Tim Hortons issues public apology to Canadians
School of Communication and Culture Associate Prof. David Black was featured in the Globe Advisor about the Canadian habit of apologizing in relation to Tim Hortons’ apology for not introducing maple-flavoured beverages to its menu sooner.
